Leon Brunin, also known as Léon de Meuter, was a Belgian painter. Brunin was born in Antwerp, where he studied at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts. He first attended classes with the sculptor Frans Joris, then painters Polydore Beaufaux and Charles Verlat.
